As the talent acquisition lead at OpenWater, you will be responsible for filling the various open roles on an on-going basis on our sales and marketing teams.

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS
– 2 years experience in recruiting entry level sales professionals
– 2 years experience developing on-boarding and training materials for new hires
– 2 years of proven success hitting recruitment goals (minimum of 20 sales related positions filled in 1 year)
– Located in DC metro area, Northern VA preferred
– Made a minimum of 70k in previous year (W2 proof required)

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
– Minimum 1 years experience recruiting for SaaS technology companies
– Proven experience recruiting senior level staff

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Manage, train, and grow a dedicated internal recruitment team to provide a pipeline of quality candidates for OpenWater’s internal hiring needs
– Responsible for Internal and College recruitment programs, strategies and relationships
– Accountable for program design, outreach, relationship management, implementation and tracking of the strategic plan for internal recruitment efforts and company growth strategies
– Develop On-boarding and Training programs for sales representatives including daily and weekly sessions.
