Configure Rendering of Application Name when using first name + last name

When using two text fields for your application name field we have always defaulted this to LastName, FirstName. Customers have been clamouring us to improve this functionality.

We’ve rolled out an update that will let you decide exactly how to make this formatted. The default is still LastName, FirstName or {SecondValue}, {FirstValue} per the configuration, but you are free to make this relevant to your needs.
