Custom Output Reports

At OpenWater, we have the ability to provide completely customized output reports for any report that you may need. Some of these include, but are not limited to: Winners Books, Voice Scripts, Certificates, Table Sheets for In-Person Judging, and Abstracts Books.

Winners Books

Many customers of ours print books of their winners to help promote their entrants successes. The text and blurbs of each entrant often must be formatted in a very specific fashion and then sent to the printer and publisher to design and build the books. We can take your specific output format and design a custom report to export to TXT or PDF to fit that template.

Voice Scripts

Similar to Winners Books, we can produce a custom output report to fit the template of the voice script that you might use when you announce the winners at your gala event and automatically produce the correct phrase for each winner and corresponding category.

For example, “In the category of Best Supporting Actress in a Drama Series, the emmy goes to …”

Certificates

In many cases, administrators print certificates for their winners, congratulating them on a job well done. If you have a certificate design already, or would like us to design one for you, we can use our custom reports engine to automatically print out the certificates for all your winners in PDF format.

Table Sheets for In-Person Judging

For those customers that perform in-person judging, it is often the case that administrators print out a Fact Sheet for each entry as it sits on the table waiting to be judged. It can be a hassle to collect all of the information and build out the fact sheets one by one. Our staff here at OpenWater can build a custom report for you to print out all of the Fact Sheets automatically for you in PDF format.

Abstracts Books

Most conferences will print out an abstracts book prior to the conference. Our experts can provide you with an automatic abstracts book using our custom reports engine that you can distribute to your attendees at your conference.
