Your Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Serve as internal sales support for sales representatives to assist with achieving assigned sales quotas and goals
- Responsible for obtaining pertinent information from direct sales representatives pertaining to quotes and orders
- Handle incoming calls from direct sales representatives and customers pertaining to the quote/order process
- Responsible for updating and managing CRM data base
- Facilitate active communication with multiple departments to generate accurate quotes and orders
- Create and maintain customer account information
- Perform administrative duties as needed
- Provide quality service to company’s internal and external customers
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support or administration preferred
- Excellent phone skills, active listening, strong verbal and writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn new software applications quickly and easily
