Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support company’s CEO and senior-level managers.
Responsibilities include managing public relations and admin tasks such as schedule management and making travel arrangements. The main job is to ensure the CEO is meeting with our clients on a weekly basis (booking his calendar) and then defending his calendar after he becomes fully booked. Other secondary responsibilies will include general PR and Event Marketing assistance as needed. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level staff
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in PR or Communications role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Keep information confidential
