Support for Multiple Payment Gateways

Our partners and resellers have been clamoring for years to support multiple payment gateways from the same backend instance of OpenWater.

Being able to use multiple payment gateways could be beneficial for awards program for several reasons. It is especially useful for organizations running multiple awards programs for different customers, or for organizations whose finance teams may require different coding to hit the payment gateway for each program.

And it’s finally here! Our latest update adds support for multiple payment gateways to all customers.

To access this feature toggle to System Settings > Payment configuration

Once the additional gateways are setup, you can choose which gateway to use per program in the Programs > Advanced options.
