Product Update: Split out Submission Statuses

Prior to the update, submitters would see their entire submission history on one screen.

With just one or two entries this might have been OK. However with larger programs, this screen can fill up with dozens to hundreds of entries. It would be helpful to filter out the ones that are currently being worked on as compared to those already submitted. Now, we show these broken out by status.
