Print All Applications Shortcut and Printing of Incomplete Submissions

As an administrator, sometimes you need to archive all submission form data to PDF. Going into each submission and exporting to PDF can take hours. With this week’s update we’ve rolled out our first of two improvements on this process. With this update you can generate one large PDF of all submissions. (Next month we’ll be rolling out an update to bulk download all submissions as separate PDFs).

To access the feature, simply go to your Submissions > View All (or View Incomplete / Complete / etc).

From there you’ll see your list of entries and can click on “Print Applications to PDF”

Along with this, we’ve also made it possible to print submissions that are in complete or in the shopping cart for your awards submitters.
