New Feature: Lead Judge / Judge Manager

Published October 9, 2015 in Leadership

We have added a new premium feature to the OpenWater platform. You can now delegate judging responsibilities to committee chairs who can oversee a group of judges.

You can use our new judge teams feature (available for free to all clients), to setup the actual group who will be doing reviews together. Then, you can toggle to the managers tab and add one or more managers per team that have different access levels:

Every judge manager can see if judges have completed their reviews as well as access a read-only view of the judges’ submitted scores.

In this example, we are managing two judges, and neither have them have started their work.

As a manager, I can export their scores and status to Excel, or I can click through and see a specific status per entry (or even view the entry itself). If the recusal feature is enabled, I can also remove the assignment from the judge I am managing.

As the review process proceeds, I can also view the scoring results as they come in.

Now, these judge managers can set the winner status for the entries they have control over.
