Virtual Partner Training – April 28-30
OpenWater for iMIS is now available for all resellers and we will be having a three day virtual training event to kickoff the partnership. After you complete the virtual conference your team will need to complete a certification exam. Once the exam is completed you will be assigned a OpenWater customer support representative that will help you support and sell to customers, this includes code level support.
What to Expect
You will learn common use cases for OpenWaters cloud based application review platform and how to integrate OpenWater and iMIS. The learning will be hands on. During the training your team will work through customer use cases and will walk away with the code you’ve built to manage deep custom integrations.
Who Should Attend
Your team should plan on having 3-4 members attend. Ideally those people are the business analyst representative who will sell, the project manager who will work on fulfillment, a front end developer and a backend developer.
Training Structure
The event will offer pre-recorded step by step modules. During those three days the OpenWater support staff will be available for 10 hours to answer any questions. After registration we will provide access to a sandbox account to work on a real-world implementation example during the three day training.
