Employee Spotlight: Tommy Dively

1606213_10152169584779717_1430778801_oTommy joined our team earlier this month as a Customer Support Representative. His primary duties consist of troubleshooting clients’ questions concerning our software and finding solutions to these queries. Having worked for the University of Virginia Athletics Department he knows what it’s like working in a fast-paced environment, giving support and working with people.

Tommy graduated from the University of Virginia with a BA in English (Wahoowa!) and is a self-taught tech guy. When he isn’t working, he has a wide range of hobbies including: reading, writing, hiking, eating good food, laughing at good jokes, and spending time with good people. His extroversion, he found, has helped him in his job, in that he enjoys talking to many different people.

He is also quite the movie buff. Some favorites include: Taxi Driver, In Bruges, Amadeus, & The Thin Man – but don’t hold him to it! He has a self-proclaimed “super nerdy movie column on examiner.com” where he reviews movies and “feel[s] self-important.”

Welcome to the OpenWater team, Tommy! We’re very excited to have you with us.
