OpenWater Debuts Newly Expanded Software Platform for
Association Professionals and Industry Partners

Chicago, Illinois, August 21, 2018 — Software platform OpenWater debuted expanded software capabilities at the ASAE Annual Meeting held this year in McCormick Place, downtown Chicago, August 18-21, 2018.

The annual conference is the nation’s largest gathering of association professionals. ASAE represents over 42,000 organizations and individual association professionals. The conference is an opportunity for members to exchange time, resources, strategies, and solutions.

OpenWater demonstrated their software platform and showcased upcoming functionality of interest to membership-driven organizations and related industry partners.

“We’re proud to once again be attending this important event that brings together like-minded association leadership to share and exchange information that will best serve their individual needs,” said Timothy Spell, CEO of OpenWater.

“We understand the needs of this unique audience, which includes the need for a robust application and review system that helps them reach membership and engagement goals. We’re thrilled to be setting up space in the exhibit hall where attendees can get their hands on our Application and Review Cloud, and also have deeper conversations with our clients about other features they might be looking for.”

“So many of our clients are ASAE members,” says Jordan Volpe of OpenWater’s sales team. “It was fun to get feedback and offer a glimpse of our expanded functionality.”

OpenWater recently announced a rank of No. 2032 on Inc. magazine’s 35th annual Inc. 5000 list. The Inc. 5000 is an exclusive ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. OpenWater’s growth moved up 24 places from No. 2056 last year.

OpenWater is based in the Washington, D.C. metro area. It moved to an expanded location in the tech corridor of Ballston, Virginia in January 2018. It employs 40 people.
