The OpenWater software platform has just announced some exciting new elements to its website: self-service and user community portals. These additions will make OpenWater a more valuable tool for automating all of your awards, conferences, and abstracts.

With these latest additions, you now have technical resources at your fingertips 24 hours a day, seven days a week. When you are ready to upload your information, OpenWater is ready to share it with the world. Not only that, but OpenWater has filled their site with all of the step by step guides and useful articles you need to make your contest, abstract or conference a smashing success!

User Community

The new OpenWater User Community is all about helping one another– this is the place to turn when you need ideas, instant technical assistance, or just a quick answer to a general question. Community members love to share their ideas and offer their opinions, and peer-to-peer interaction is great for brainstorming to make your project the very best.

Community Chat

Sometimes, peers just cannot help, and you need to speak with the development team or someone in tech support or perhaps a power user that knows the ins and outs of the system; for those infrequent times, you can rest assured OpenWater Community Chat will handle your concerns quickly and efficiently.
