OpenWater is seeking experienced account manager sales professionals to join our fast growing DC based company. Responsibilities will involve growing our current client base by prospecting and selling additional product lines into customer accounts. Experience with renewals and upselling is required.
- Learn and master the Sandler Sales Methodology (you will be trained)
- Leverage curring client base and expand the amount of revenue per client by selling additional product lines into company
- Take prospect through entire sales lifecycle: initial call, needs assessment, online demo and contract negotiation
MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 continuous years in current sales role with track record of success (references will be checked)
- Have generated majority of sales from self generated outbound sales efforts directed at existing client base
- Have sold to CEOs, Small Business Owners and/or Executive Directors
- Has made at least $60,000 in previous year (W2s will be required)
- Software (SaaS) sales experience
- Located in metro distance to Washington DC (Northern VA preferred)
- Experience using a CRM
- Experience selling into Association, Publication and University markets
