As a Lead Generation Team Manager, you will be centrally located at our Washington DC headquarters. You will lead a team of Outbound Lead Generation Representatives in a high-volume, outbound lead generation environment. Your success is measured by building a results-driven team that attains activity-based metrics and qualifies new business to meet sales goals.
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of sales experience
- 3+ years sales management experience; managing teams of 8 or more
- 2+ years recruiting, training and onboarding new business development reps
- 2+ years experience defining territory for team and new hires
- Proven track record of metrics and quota obtainment
- Must have made minimum 100k in total compensation in past year (W2 proof required)
- Must be located or be willing to relocate to Washington DC area (Northern Virginia preferred)
- 2+ years experience managing outbound lead generation team
- Sandler Sales Methodology experience
- 2+ years experience in recruiting, interviewing and release of employees
- Salesforce CRM Expertise
