A: Zoom meeting rooms are best suited for breakout sessions in which a limited number of participants will speak, chat and share screen. Meetings are best used to facilitate networking.
Webinars are best suited for situations in which participants will be watching presentations while utilizing chat and polls to communication with a presenter or moderator.
Q: When do we need to activate our Zoom license, and how long does it last?
A: The zoom license must be activated at least 10 days before your conference. Licenses can be turned off after your conference. Zoom bills in 30 day increments.
Q: What is the cost of a meeting license?
A: $200 for a business license that will facilitate up to 10 meetings at a time. If you have more than 10 concurrent meetings required, the cost per additional room is $20.
Q: What is the cost of a webinar meeting license?
A: A webinar license will cost $340 and allows for up to 1,000 participants.
