Standard Support

 

Admins who have been trained and onboarded receive unlimited ticket support with callback option Monday through Friday 9 AM to 6 PM eastern time. Send requests for help via the platform or by sending an email to help. The OpenWater support team will work with you to help get your issues resolved.

Standard Support is available to the primary administrator.  Additional administrators can be added to the Standard Support Tier for a fee, or they can receive self service support via our knowledge center with no extra charge.
